Hi, I’m Caitlin, Co-Founder of Hive Seeker. Since 2019 I’ve been working as a support worker, I’ve had the pleasure of working with a diverse range of individuals in both 1:1 and group settings. I hold a B.A in Management and a B.A. in Creative Intelligence and Innovation. Currently, I’m pursuing a Master’s in Disability Studies at Macquarie University. I’m passionate about the gym, musical theatre, Disney and the beach! What I cherish most about my job is facilitating personal growth and I’m excited about the possibility of connecting with you soon!
Hi, I’m Sofia, Co-founder of Hive Seeker. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. I’ve had the privilege of working as a support worker since 2021, offering 1 on 1 assistance & supporting individuals in group homes. I’m currently pursuing a Master’s of Psychotherapy and Counselling, expanding my knowledge to better serve the youth, elderly and disability communities. I greatly enjoy playing and watching a variety of sports, all things Harry Potter, and cooking! I decided to start Hive Seeker as a way of creating a supportive network and bringing people together.

Over the years, I’ve gained extensive experience in operational management, strategic leadership, and creating customer-focused business solutions. I’ve consistently driven organisational performance and led initiatives that improve the customer experience.
